Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Youth and Sports, Alex Kofi Agyekum has observed that soccer admirers and referees are not completely ready to improve their actions through football matches, despite the tragic incident which claimed numerous life for the duration of the May 9 stadium disaster.
