Speaking at the maiden version of the Africa Women’s Athletics Summit held at the Swiss Spirit Alisa Lodge in Accra on Wednesday, Nana Aba Anamoah stated that, ‘’most of the situations, when feminine journalists go and conduct an interview with some sporting activities stars, soon after the news is out the initial comment that comes out is that I’m guaranteed ‘it went down’ right after the interview or in advance of the interview’’ she explained.

Nana Aba who mentioned she faced very similar challenges at the start of her vocation, urged the females to drive hard and choose their location in the athletics fraternity and not let any individual or nearly anything be a hindrance to them. ’

The Africa Women’s Sports activities Summit is an initiative of a person of Africa’s influential sports journalists, Juliet Bawuah and is aimed at empowering young and aspiring female athletics journalists to feel in by themselves and their qualities.
