Black Stars 1024 Senior Asamoah Gyan has been named in Kwesi Appiah’s 29-male provisional squad for the AFCON

Kayserispor ahead Asamoah Gyan has been named in Kwesi Appiah’s 29-guy provisional squad for the AFCON in Egypt.

Gyan retired from global soccer on Monday after a dispute with Head Coach Kwesi Appiah over the team’s captaincy, only for the 33 12 months previous to previous rescind his final decision 48 hrs later on right after President Akufo-Addo intervened in the subject.

Mubarak Wakaso (Deportivo Alaves, Spain), Thomas Partey (Atletico Madrid, Spain), Kwadwo Asamoah (Internazionle, Italy), Ebenezer Ofori (New York FC, United states), Afriyie Acquah (Empoli, Italy), Andre Ayew ( Fenerbache, Turkey), Christian Atsu (Newcastle United, England), Samuel Owusu (Cukaricki, Serbia), Thomas Agyepong (Hibernian, Scotland), Yaw Yeboah (Numancia, Spain), Abdul Fatawu (Asante Kotoko, Ghana).

Strikers

Asamoah Gyan (Kayserispor, Turkey), Jordan Ayew (Crystal Palace, England), Adbul Majeed Waris ( Nantes, France), Caleb Ekuban (Trabzonspor, Turkey) and Kwabena Owusu (Leganes, Spain).

The crew will depart Accra, on Sunday, June 1, for pre-tournament preparations in Dubai, ahead of the opposition. Of the 29 players, the remaining 23 will be named to represent Ghana at the match.

The GFA Normalization Committee has lined up two higher profile preparatory matches for the Black Stars against Namibia and South Africa.

Meanwhile, the pursuing are the further backroom staff members joining the Black Stars technical team for the level of competition.
