Ghana’s Black Stars have intensified their coaching in advance of the Nations Cup in Egypt with some arduous exercise routines on Day II of their camping in the United Arab Emirates.

The group went as a result of some drills on Tuesday evening immediately after previously partaking in fitness center and beach front get the job done in the morning.

The workforce led by Andre Ayew have been heading through limited sprinting workout routines and cones do the job.

Coach Kwesi Appiah has 24 players in camp and will be ready for the relaxation to get there on Wednesday.

Kwesi Appiah will prune his squad to 23 players just before the tournament in Egypt.

Ghana is chasing an elusive fifth Nations Cup title right after last profitable it in 1982.

The workforce has been drawn in group F together with champions Cameroon, Guinea Bissau and Benin.

The Africa Cup of Nations commences on June 21 and finishes on June 19.
