Benin coach Michel Dussuyer thinks star man Stéphane Sessègnon will be a huge skip for their clash towards Ghana on Tuesday.
However, the French manager is confident he has sufficiently ready his side to cope in his absence.
The Squirrels captain will be serving his previous suspension of a few games just after staying sent off against Algeria in their fourth team sport in the course of the qualifiers.
The 34-year-old sat out of the game titles from Gambia and Togo and will overlook the AFCON opener in opposition to the Black Stars in Ismailia to complete his suspension.
“Of program the absence of specified players in the workforce is influencing us but we know our 1st sport is against Ghana and we are decided to give a excellent account of our sport and we have well prepared for that so that the absence will not have an effect on us” Michel told reporters in his pre-match presser.
Sessègnon will be obtainable to confront Guinea Bissau and Cameroon in their subsequent Group F fixtures in Egypt.
