Former Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, George Afriyie has thanked Kwesi Nyantakyi for his role in giving positions for Ghanaians on various committee at the Confederation of African Football.
George Afriyie who performed his first major role at the Nations Cup as match commissioner in the activity concerning Angola and Mauritania disclosed Mr. Nyantakyi played a crucial job in earning his a location on the CAF organising committee.
In an job interview with African Cup of Country Commentator, Ben Willie-Graham, Goerge mentioned “we have to have to thank previous president of ghana Soccer Association, Mr. Kwesi Nyantakyi.
“First of all we want to be thankful to the former President Mr. Kwesi Nyantaky. When he was the CAF 1st Vice President he built sure a large amount of Ghanaians received the chance to serve on CAF committees.
“It’s not that Ghanaians weren’t able or have been not better than some others on the continent but we have to be truthful, when it comes to soccer in Africa, you can not depend a few or far more international locations with no Ghana.
