Cameroon coach Clarence Seedorf has mentioned his team is not heading to keep back when they choose on a wounded Ghana at the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) in Egypt on Saturday.
The Indomitable Lions, who conquer the Black Stars 2- in their last assembly at the continental collecting in 2017, are trying to get to make it two wins at the event subsequent a 2- triumph over Guinea-Bissau in their group opener on Tuesday.
Ghana have set their sights on picking up all a few points following a disappointing 2-2 draw with minnows Benin.
“The rivalry between Ghana and Cameroon will be permanently but we will choose each and every sport as it will come and we will go in extremely tough,” Seedorf reported at the pre-match press conference on Friday.
“We will participate in for victory but of course the practices and pressure is on them [Ghana] for the reason that they drew their 1st game and we gained our first activity.
“We know that Ghana will have to arrive forward, assault and press their entire-backs forward.
“They have a lot of good individual high quality as very well and we want to limit that. We have to play as a staff, be compact.”
The availability of Ghana captain Andre Ayew for Saturday’s fixture has been a important subject of discussion just after he picked up an personal injury in the tournament opener.
He scored versus Benin and the target has placed him as the Black Stars’ all-time major scorer at Afcon with 9 plans.
“I really never know what is going with the Ghana team no matter if Andre Ayew will engage in or not,” said Seedorf.
“His health and fitness is not our problem but he is a very excellent participant.
“If he is not going to enjoy, Ghana has a wonderful staff and other gamers will be there.”
Unbeaten from Ghana in Afcon, five-time champions and Cup holders Cameroon have received their final two video games from four-time champions Black Stars.
