The Taking care of Director of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), Kofi Yamoah is anticipated to retire in October immediately after much more than 20 yrs with the exchange.
It is however, unclear who will be replacing him as the Handling Director of the Ghana Stock Trade.
Chairman of the Ghana Stock Exchange, Albert Essien introduced to customers on Thursday at its 2019 Yearly Typical Conference.
Mr Essien reported “Women and gentlemen this calendar year also marks the stop of an period at the Exchange. This is because the Controlling Director Mr Kofi Yamoah will be retiring in Oct owning attained the statutory retirement age and also soon after about twenty-nine yrs of company to the Trade.”
He extra, “Mr Yamoah has served as the Taking care of Director for pretty much 17 decades and I just take this chance to express on behalf of the council and customers our deepest appreciation to him for his committed support to the exchange. We want him a pretty success in his future endeavours”
Mr Yamoah retains a B.Sc. Administration (Accounting Alternative) diploma from the University of Ghana, an executive MBA degree from the China Europe Worldwide Organization College and the ICA (Ghana) expert certificate.
He is a chartered accountant and an investment decision banker by career. His vocation with the Exchange which dates back to December 1990 has viewed him provide as the Presiding Officer on the Trading Flooring, Fiscal Controller, Head of Listings and Common Supervisor.
He was appointed the Managing Director of the Exchange in April 2003.
