Speaker Mike Oquaye has recalled MPs to the Property, a few times just after he suspended sitting down indefinitely.
In a communique to Members of Parliament, the Speaker invoked his legal rights below Purchase Six of the Standing Orders of Parliament.
“I, Correct Honourable Professor Aaron Michael Oquaye, Speaker of Parliament, do hereby immediate that, the parliament of Ghana shall, notwithstanding something to the opposite, resume sittings of the very first assembly of the fourth session… on Wednesday, the 8th of April 2020…” he wrote.

MPs are staying known as to approve some of the steps to comprise the Covid-19 outbreak which President Nana Akufo-Addo introduced in his address to the country on Sunday.
The House, according to JoyNews sources, is also predicted to approve the appointment of Ledzokuku MP, Bernard Okoe-Boye as Deputy Wellness Minister.
Dr. Okoe-Boye’s appointment was declared in a assertion from the Jubilee House on Monday.
He replaces Alexander Abban who has been reshuffled and now serves as the Deputy Communications Minister.
La Dadekotopon MP, Vincent Sowah Odotei who held the article has been axed for undisclosed causes.
“President Akufo-Addo thanks Hon. Sowah Odotei for his providers to the region and needs him very well in his upcoming endeavours,” the Jubilee Residence reported.
