Cenpower donates ¢200K to Covid-19 Belief Fund

Cenpower Generation Firm Confined, an Impartial Energy Producer, has donated ¢200,000 to the Covid-19 Believe in Fund.

The Fund was proven by President Akufo-Addo as element of endeavours to increase means for combating the outcomes of the virus in the place.

A Director of Cenpower, Dr Jimmy Heymann, on behalf of the Cenpower Board of Administrators, management and employees, presented the cheque at the Jubilee Home to the Countrywide Covid-19 Believe in Fund Board of Trustees.

He claimed Cenpower continues to be fully commited to contributing to the improvement of Ghana and stands firmly with the govt and the individuals of Ghana at this tough time in the attempts to tackle the results of Covid-19 on the country.

He extra that through this contribution, we hope to touch as many lives as feasible just as the electric power we develop reaches different homes in Ghana.

He even more inspired that “there are brighter times forward for us all. As a result of standing alongside one another, Ghana is absolutely sure to conquer the challenges arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. 

“It is important nevertheless to notice all tips on social distancing, normal use of sanitizers and handwashing”.

The Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for the Nationwide Covid-19 Believe in Fund, Madam Sophia Akuffo, acquired the cheque on behalf of the Board.

The CEO of Cenpower, Theophilus Sackey, reiterated Cenpower’s motivation to continue on building energy in a minimum-cost, responsible and environmentally sustainable way to satisfy national requirements.

“We recognise that availability of power is crucial, particularly for the overall economy and the health and fitness sector at this time and we will go on to provide on this mandate”, he confident.
