Communication Minister Ursula Owusu Ekuful has donated food goods, veronica buckets, sanitary things and dollars of ¢5,000 to the Birim Central Municipal Assembly in the Eastern Region to aid the needy in the municipality.
The goods incorporated 80 exclusive packed parcels every made up of packed sugar, a 50 percent litre of cooking oil, five kilograms of rice, two tins of milk and two tins of fish, two large bins of tomato paste, 3 packets of tissue papers, face masks and 14 boxes of hand sanitizers.
Mrs Owusu-Ekuful was born in Akim Oda where she used part of her early existence and has some relations there.
The objects were offered on behalf of the Minister by Papa Yaw Amoah Nyarko, Assembly Member for Aseneya Electoral Region in the Municipality, and a relative of the Minister for Conversation.
Victoria Adu, the Birim Central Municipal Main Govt gained the things on behalf of the needy in the municipality.
She expressed her gratitude for the donation and certain that she would make sure that the food items merchandise are presented to the susceptible in the different communities.
