The Zambian authorities have shut a Chinese restaurant in the money, Lusaka, for reportedly discriminating in opposition to locals.
The cafe was described to have denied entry to a Zambian person, terming him as a foreigner.
The man described the incident as racist.
Lusaka Mayor Miles Sampa has also accused the restaurant of providing goods labelled in Chinese and not English as prescribed by law.
“Apartheid concluded [ended] a very long time back in Lusaka right after Zambia acquired independence in 1964,” the mayor explained to the Lusaka Moments internet site.
