Some 245 Ghanaians dwelling in Kuwait illegally will be deported to Ghana on Saturday, May 30, the federal government has introduced.
The deportees will arrive through a unique chattered flight at the coastline of the Kuwaiti authorities.
As Ghana’s borders keep on being closed to avert importation of the novel coronavirus, “the government of Ghana has…granted a distinctive permit for the admission of the reported deportees to Ghana,” Facts Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah said at a press meeting Friday.
