Tanzanian comedian Idris Sultan and a co-accused have been freed on bail after being billed less than the Electronic and Postal Communications Act.
He was detained by police after a video clip of him laughing at an old photograph of the president was widely shared.
Sultan is accused of utilizing an individual else’s Sim card though his his co-accused has been billed for failing to report the modify of the Sim card possession.
