The Adventist Progress and Aid Company (ADRA) has donated healthcare provides well worth about ¢150,000 to chosen hospitals at a ceremony held at the Ga East Municipal Medical center in Accra.
Products donated contain health care 500 overalls, 500 protecting goggles, 8500 parts of facemasks, 5000 gloves, 80 infrared thermometers and 10 health care boot.
The Agency also donated have been 65 gallons of hand sanitisers, 100 packs of bottled water and 1200 containers of soya milk.
The beneficiary hospitals involve the Ga East and Suntreso Government hospitals which are holding centres for Covid-19 individuals in Accra and Kumasi, and the Ghana Adventist Wellbeing Company.
Presenting the merchandise, Dr William Yaw Kpakpo, State Director for ADRA claimed today’s donation is an expression of adore and appreciation to the dedicated and sacrificial perform health and fitness personnel.
President of the Northern Ghana Union Mission, Pastor Kwame Kwanin Boakye, who handed around the items explained the Adventist Church is fully commited to supporting government and the Ghana Health Services in their fight from the virus.
He indicated that the church had previously donated ¢100,000 to the Covied-19 Fund previous thirty day period and was also expending time praying.
The Healthcare Director for Ga East Municipal clinic, Dr Ebenezer Oduro Mensah and the Administrator for Suntreso Govt Medical center, Samuel Dodzi, obtained the products on behalf of their amenities even though the Director for the Ghana Adventist Health Services, Dr Paul Amo Kyeremeh received that of the Adventist hospitals.
