Some teachers have mounted strong opposition to government’s Public University Monthly bill searching for to harmonise the governance, administration and accountability constructions of general public universities.
This morning on Newsfile, host Samson Lardy Anyenini and his guests discussed why associations like UTAG and university administrations are preventing the monthly bill.
They also seemed into why the government is in a hurry to go the monthly bill into legislation.
