Stephen Appiah performed himself well as Black Stars captain – Sammy Kuffour

Former Ghana defender Samuel Osei Kuffour has praised Stephen Appiah for demonstrating good leadership during his time as Black Stars captain.

In an interview with Pleasure FM on Pleasure Sports Website link Saturday, the Bayern Munich legend shared his knowledge of playing for the Black Stars beneath the leadership of Stephen Appiah, specifically at the 2006 Planet Cup.

Kuffour experienced much far more national crew encounter and was viewed as a senior participant compared to the skipper Appiah.

The 43-year-old stated he hardly ever felt disappointed enjoying with out the armband whilst he deserved it because of his status as a senior participant.
