Bishop Obinim’s demo adjourned to July 20


The Kaneshie District Court docket on Monday adjourned the fake publication of information and forgery circumstance from Bishop Daniel Obinim to July 20 to permit prosecution to entire its investigations.

Assistant Superintendent of Law enforcement Sylvester Asare pleaded with the Court presided above by Madam Rosemond Dodua Agyiri to give prosecution ample time to look into the matters at stake.

Bishop Obinim, the leader of the Intercontinental God’s way church is to continue being on the ₵100,000 bail with a few sureties, just one of whom is to be justified.

Bishop Obinim was arrested on bench warrant by the Felony Investigations Department (CID) on Tuesday, May possibly 19 in excess of publication of false information and falsification of documents.

He was charged with the offences of Publication of fake information and Forgery of document contrary to sections 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offences Act, 1960 (ACT 29).

He is also below investigations for other offence leveled towards him.
