Spiritual Affairs Minister Kofi Dzamesi has directed churches and mosques across the country to set up holding centres on their premises.

According to him, this will enable isolate people suspected to be infected with COVID-19 although steps are taken to convene the unwell to a overall health facility for therapy.

Mr Dzamesi gave these directives at a press conference in which he presented rules for the safe procedure of religious establishments as the governing administration eases constraints.

“Designate a keeping place or space where a man or woman who results in being ill at the premises or at an event can be isolated from many others although building arrangements for evacuation” he explained.

The Spiritual Affairs Minister also questioned churches and mosques to disinfect and fumigate their premises for at least after just about every month while providing cleaners with the vital own protecting products and needed cleansing things to carry out their occupation.
