The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) will on Wednesday have a flag-elevating ceremony to commemorate its 28th Anniversary.
The NDC is a social democratic political celebration launched by Jerry Rawlings, who was Head of Point out from 1981 to 1993 and then president from 1993 to 2001.
The NDC was fashioned as the ruling party in advance of elections in 1992, in which Rawlings was elected president.
The function will be led by previous president John Mahama, the leader and flagbearer of the get together.
