Member of defunct pop fusion duo 5five, Papi has asserted that Nigerians are nowhere near to Ghanaians when it will come to audio.
According to him, the lyrical information of Nigerian songs cannot even match up to that of Ghanaian audio.
He made this assertion in an job interview on Satisfied 98.9 FM’s ‘Ayekoo After Drive’ with DJ Advicer. “I assume the Nigerians are performing a wonderful job but they can’t match up to us,” he reported.
He believes that Nigerian new music is dominating the Ghanaian market mainly because they spend far more seriously in their audio than Ghanaians and acquire much more aid from their individuals.
Now a solo act with the phase name Papi_5five, the musician indicated that the only problem Ghanaian musicians confronted was unconstructive criticism. “In Ghana, you can do music and you can only listen to men and women declaring the music has this issue and that.”
He encouraged Ghanaians to love anybody who does tunes in Ghana.
The 55 team was a pop fusion duo with an inclination for experimental genres that have crossover enchantment. It was built up of Luther Azamati (Papi) and Jeffery Opoku Agyekum (Killy).
