In the final seven days, 7 Nigerian journalists have died from COVID-19 and other health problems.

On the record are Dan Foster (Awesome FM & Metropolis FM), Hugo Odiogor (former Editor at the Vanguard), Xavier Ndayongmong (Criminal offense Editor at Everyday Unbiased), Nkiruka Udoh (Crime and Defence Correspondent at AIT), Naomi Uzor (Business enterprise Desk at the Vanguard), Aramide Praise Oikelome (the Media Venture and Impartial Newspapers), and Azeez Ozi Sanni (Cartoonist at The Nation).

Nigerian Journalists have been struggling with large risks and unprecedented troubles as frontline employees masking the novel Coronavirus outbreak and reporting in the newsroom every working day.

Foster worked with Interesting FM, Inspiration FM, Metropolis FM, Typical FM 97.3, among many others.

One more journalist, Nkiruka Udoh, a Criminal offense and Defence Correspondent at the Africa Independent Television was said to have died of difficulties from fibroid procedure.

A correspondent on the Small business Desk at the Vanguard Newspaper, Naomi Uzor, was also reported to have died from issues related to superior blood tension.

Also, Azeez Sanni, who was a Cartoonist at The Country Newspaper was among the journalists that died in the previous 7 days. A supply near to him mentioned he experienced been battling with a liver dilemma just before his eventual death

Other journalists, who died in the last 7 times but the nature of their fatalities could not be ascertained have been Xavier Ndayongmong, the Crime Editor at Daily Impartial Hugo Odiogor, a previous Editor at Vanguard and Aramide Oikelome of the Media Job and Impartial Newspapers.

May well the souls of these heroes relaxation effectively.
