I blame management for the condition of the enjoyment business – Mr Logic

Artiste manager and entertainment pundit, Mr Logic, is baring his teeth at Ghana’s leaders for the unfortunate condition of the country’s leisure marketplace.

In a video sighted by Ghanaweb.com, a visibly upset Mr Logic asked why immediately after 60 years of independence Ghana would continue to be referred to as a building nation.

Mr Logic, who refuses to determine himself with the time period building mentioned he blames management for this regrettable problem. He stated leadership has been elected to enact legislation that will support artistes enjoy the fruits of their labour by means of royalties. He explained government is to make regulations to assistance GHAMRO collect royalties for artistes and it is unfortunate that they have unsuccessful in this regard, and he blames them squarely.

“We normally say that we are a developing country, no, I refuse to be termed developing…at my age am I not created? Are we nonetheless infants? So, the method is even now a child because 1957, we are continue to young children, how prolonged? So me, I will lay the blame on management. We will blame them since we do not have the power to make legislation, the legislation are built for us so now, we are inquiring you to make rules that will give us a good life, which is to support GHAMRO to collect the royalties. The sector minister really should wake up, she should really communicate to the correct individuals,” Mr Logic said.

Several musicians have complained about the meagre royalties they get from GHAMRO, the gathering system that pays royalties to artistes. GHAMRO, on the other hand, has complained about absence of devices that will help them to keep track of radio and Television stations that use artistes function to be in a position to collect the correct volume owing the artistes.
