In accordance to the cost sheet cited by Myjoyonline.com, James Kofi Annan breached the Part 207 (1) of the legal offences Act 29/60.

He has hence been billed with offensive conduct conducive to the breach of the peace.

It indicated that around 9:30 am on Tuesday, July 21, the accused, Mr Annan went to the Latter Working day Saint voter’s registration problem centre without lawful authority and applied abusive words on the officer.

The file then highlighted that Mr Annan’s warrant for arrest was issued on July 21 and was to surface ahead of the courtroom exact same day.
