Two most important university pupils, Senyo Hosi Jr. and Senam Hosi, have donated GH₵1000 each to the Covid-19 Personal Sector Fund.
Senyo Jr, 11, and Senam, 8, say they determined to donate their discounts toward the development of the country’s first infectious disease centre in assist of the nationwide hard work to offer with the Covid-19 pandemic.
“We want to aid our country get much better, we sense that the health and fitness of Ghana is not the very best proper now so if we make investments our dollars in this it will aid Ghana’s overall health sector expand much better, ” Senyo Jr. mentioned.
A member of the Trustees of the Ghana Covid-19 Personal Sector Fund, Kwaku Bediako, obtained the youngsters’ donation on behalf of the Fund, who urged other young children to comply with their case in point.
“It’s astounding when small children of this age get started to see that men and women are not the same and some persons want assistance and they identify that what we are executing is a great factor and they would want to help.”
“I am incredibly proud of them. This must inspire other youthful people today to arrive and donate,” Mr Bediako mentioned.
The fund was established up to finance the development of Ghana’s to start with Infectious Disorder Centre which was concluded and commissioned by federal government recently.
