Solomon Asante squashes recommendation that the USL is not competitive

Phoenix Rising FC captain, Solomon Asante, has rebutted claims that the USL Championship is not aggressive.

The USL is America’s next-tier Soccer League.

The 29-yr-old has been playing with Growing considering that 2018 and was named the League’s MVP in 2019. He joined the club from Sudanese giants, TP Mazembe.

“No one particular can say it is not competitive, for the reason that I have performed a number of leagues but if I seem at this, I can explain to is quite aggressive. Virtually each group is doing very well, so it is a solid league,” he remarked.

Asante also reflected on his time in the USL and thinks all has absent very well and smoothly.

“I came right here in 2018 and by God’s grace, everything has been well. In my 1st year every little thing was ok In my next season in 2019, every little thing was fine, I gained awards.”
