Elmina Sharks management debunks report on gamers remaining evicted from rented clubhouse

Ghana Leading League side Elmina Sharks have debunked studies in the media on their players becoming evicted from a facility they hire.

In accordance to the report, some gamers of Elmina Sharks have been evicted from the clubhouse by the landlord thanks to the failure of the administration team to pay the hire for the previous 11 months.

The 18-bedroom apartment was rented out to the staff for GH¢3,500 per thirty day period.

According to the landlord, who gave his title as Richard, the Ghana Leading League side have failed to pay him for the previous 11 months and all attempts to reach the administration of the group for his money has proved futile consequently the choice to evict the tenants.

In a statement from the club, it mentioned the publications on the facility in which phony.

“We have observed different publications on the facility where we household our player when soccer activities are in session. The residence was rented in the 12 months 2016 and the team have occupied it for 4 decades renewed each individual two decades.”

“The administration of Elmina Sharks and the operator of the property have agreed now not to renew the arrangement.

“The management of the staff has made the decision to property the actively playing body in the team’s individual facility when the soccer season resumes”.
