Previous Ghanaian Champions AshantiGold SC have verified their participation in the 2020/2021 CAF Confederation Cup marketing campaign.
This will come on the back of a letter despatched to the club on Wednesday, September 02, 2020 to affirm their engagement in up coming season’s CAF inter Club competition. The affirmation was despatched to the GFA in a letter dated September 03, 2020, signed by CEO Emmanuel Frimpong.
The miners who represented Ghana in the same competitors in the 2019/2020 year have been specified the chance to compete yet again, subsequent the cancellation of the 2019/2020 domestic football season.
AshantiGold SC played in the Confederation Cup last year as a consequence of their triumph in the NC Tier Two competitiveness.
The Club is expected to go through the required Club licensing approach as established out in the GFA and CAF Club licensing laws.
Engagement and registration for the 2020/2021 CAF interclub competitors was opened on September 01, 2020 and will be closed on Oct 20, 2020.
