Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Theophilus Nii Arday Otoo regarded in the tunes circles as Epixode has explained that the new Reggae Dancehall artiste of the 12 months, Ras Kuuku, truly deserved the VGMA award.
Even though Epixode was also nominated in the exact same classification that Ras Kuuku emerged as the winner, he told Chelsea, host of the YFM Takoradi’s Ryse N Shyne display “Ras Kuuku deserved it. I would not have voted for anyone aside from Kuuku. I am so delighted for him”.

On the other hand, he did not win in any of these categories.
