A Suhum Magistrate Courtroom has remanded the driver of the DAF cargo truck that crashed into two buses on the Kyekyewere extend of the Accra-Kumasi freeway on Tuesday
Seni Baguian, a 32-calendar year-previous driver from neighbouring Burkina Faso, induced the loss of life of some 14 folks when his truck burst a tyre and crashed into an STC bus with registration quantity GE 8131-16 and a Kia bus with registration selection GT 4997-20.
The autos ended up remaining pushed by Edmund Kwaku Bonsu, 46, and Abubarkar Fuseini, 40, who had been each heading in direction of Accra from Kumasi.
Appearing in courtroom on Wednesday, September 16, the plea of the accused was not taken and he was subsequently remanded to reappear on September 22.
