Accra Hearts of Oak legend, Mohammed Polo has questioned Asante Kotoko not to embark on a wholesale recruitment in the ongoing transfer window as they prepare for the upcoming campaign.
The Porcupine Warriors will represent the state in the 2020/2021 CAF Champions League.
It is believed that the club will increase their fees prior to the commencement of the Africa campaign but according to the 1978 Africa Cup of Nations winner, the Kumasi centered club must insert couple of high quality gamers to the squad at their folds as an alternative of creating a wholesale recruitment.
Talking to Koforidua centered Bryt FM, he mentioned, “Ones they are likely to Africa they want to incorporate some gamers to their squad since those at the club simply cannot do the operate by itself. I will plead with them to sign high quality players who can insert benefit to the team”
“I feel if they are able to increase several high quality players to the workforce they can get to the cash zone and that is the target. They shouldn’t sign players for signing sake” he explained.
Reviews in the local media recommend that the porcupine warriors have concluded the signing of each Yusif Mubarik and Emmanuel Keyekeh.
