Former Government Council member Eddie Duku
Former Division A single League Board chairman, Attorney Ntow Fianko has said that the Ghana FA has no ideal to cost two previous officials of the FA who were indicted in the Amount 12 documentary.
The Ghana FA has charged previous Govt Council member Eddie Duku and football administrator Kofi Manu for breaching the association’s code of ethics in the Range 12 documentary unveiled by investigative journalist Anas Amereyaw Anas.
They were charged by the GFA prosecutor for breaching the GFA Code of Ethics Write-up 25(1), 2009.
Ntow Fianko, also the Legal agent for Berekum Arsenal suggests the Ghana FA has no powers to cost the two previous officials implicated in the documentary.
“Only a general public officer can be billed for getting bribe beneath the legislation of Ghana, portion 239 to 243 of the legal code. The GFA has no powers to cost Eddie Duku and Kofi Manu” Ntow Fianko advised OTEC FM
“The GFA doesn’t know what they are accomplishing. What will the GFA do to them if they refuse to surface in advance of the committee?” He quizzed.
