He explained it as an organisation which is one of the biggest threats to the peace and security of Ghana’s democracy introducing that the Peace Council has misplaced its trustworthiness and does have earned the respect of the NDC.
His opinions occur at the again of a segment of the general public thinking why the Peace Council has been quiet on the lacking names in the voters’ sign-up in the ongoing exhibition training.

The NDC has stated that the ongoing voters’ exhibition workout has been fraught with some irregularities.
Flagbearer and the functioning mate of the NDC, John Mahama, and Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang suspended the regional excursions in the wake of common anomalies determined in the ongoing voter sign up exhibition training.
Mahama addressing Ghanaians on the sign-up stated the NDC “will do all the things in our energy to make sure it carries on to be the anchor of this country’s considerably-vaunted peace and steadiness.”

“We in the NDC have exhibited restraint at all times in this electoral process, even now we are dedicated to performing so. But we will not accept the result of a flawed election,” he said.
Kojo Adu Asare talking on Accra-dependent Starr FM mentioned the peace council is a ineffective enterprise.
“Peace council and all those people folks should go and rest, we would not pay attention to them. The peace council is a ineffective enterprise. We have given them the vital regard and we imagined they will reciprocate it but we have observed that we simply cannot connect with on them in something we do,” he claimed.
