This was performed at the Assembly Press in Accra by the Fee.
For each regulation, the EC has the mandate to gazette the benefits of each individual presidential elections soon after it has declared the winner.
In a report by the Ghana Information Agency, the EC is claimed to have completed this to give lawful backing to the success which is staying contested by the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
According to the source, the Fee is mandated by Constitutional Instrument (CI) 127, Regulation 44, Sub-regulation 11, to gazette the success, declaring “Without that, any case from a person or a team about the election success despatched to court will be thrown absent.

An instrument, which is executed under the hand of the Chairman of the Fee and under the seal of the Fee and states that the particular person named in the Instrument was declared elected as the President of Ghana at the election, is prima facie evidence that the person named was elected.
For each the CI, the instrument referred to in sub-regulation 11 shall be released in the Gazette.
