Ghana’s award-successful singer Dennis Nana Dwamena acknowledged by the phase title KiDi has made himself and Ghana very pleased by building BBC’s enviable African music stars list.
The “Say Cheese” guy was named among the top 10 African tunes stars to search out for in 2021 alongside some heavyweights on the continent.
UK’s British Broadcasting Company (BBC) built a checklist of the musicians from the African continent who would make a substantial mark in 2021 and KiDi designed the lower.
The BBC is quoted as expressing: “KiDi, aspect of a new technology of Ghanaian artists, experienced his breakthrough moment when his recording Sugar won album of the year at the 2020 Ghana tunes awards.”
The singer’s youthful Afrobeats and Highlife seem make his tunes available to people today further than Ghana’s borders.
In 2020, KiDi’s song Say Cheese, from his Blue EP, received the musician global prominence following American singer Teddy Riley collaborated with him on the remix.
The 27-year-outdated has also collaborated with other West African artists, such as Davido and Mr. Eazi.”
KiDi also took to Instagram to share the BBC report collectively with the caption: “Honored to be aspect of @bbc’s top rated 10 artistes to search out for in 2021…
