Ghanaian comedian OB Amponsah has disclosed that he has acquired opportunities and prosperity from plying a trade-in comedy.
The skillfully-properly trained optometrist explained to Prince Benjamin on Course 91.3FM’s Course Drive show that as a result of his expertise, he has been ready to invest in himself a car or truck, amid other needs.
He included that he has also performed in advance of popular personalities, which include the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
OB observed that his talent (comedy) bought him these possibilities and not his qualified occupation, optometry.
He explained: “I wouldn’t say I’m a wealthy comedian now. Comedy pays. Comedy seriously pays so I would say that… in fact, not comedy. Talent pays. Talent, when you use it really very well, it pays.”
“I purchased a car with comedy income. It was not optometry money”.
“I’ve performed to the President. It was not because I’m an optometrist,” he included.
OB Amponsah is a person of the standup comedians in Ghana creating strides in projecting comedy.
