Mr. Inkoom warned this mindset and corrupt act will affect the top quality of our national groups if we fall short to offer with it.
He also bemoaned the circumstance where by good friends and other close associates of coaches consider to influence their do the job by forcing them to chose specified players even when they are not great.
He additional that players should merit a connect with so they do not expose the mentor to public ridicule.
Mr. Inkoom underscored the need to have for stakeholders to allow for coaches to perform independently and halt having income from persons to pick their decision of players.
