The architect of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s national cathedral, Sir David Adjaye of Britain, has referred to as for LGBTQ rights to be respected in Ghana at all charges.

Celebs who signed the letter provided popular actor Idris Elba, supermodel Naomi Campbell and British Vogue editor Edward Enninful.
