Coach Charles K. Akunnor, the Head Mentor of the Black Stars has handed contact-ups to three Black Satellites players who gained gold in the 2021 Beneath-20 Africa Cup of Nations in Mauritania.
The trio, Ibrahim Danlad Asante Kotoko, who was adjudged the over-all Greatest Goalkeeper at the conclusion of the tourney, Philemon Baffuor of Goals FC and Fatawu Issahaku, a participant of Division A person side Steadfast FC been given the nod to join the Black Stars planning in advance of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
The 3 players would group up with the rest of the squad on Tuesday, March 16, to carry on planning for the two remaining qualifiers.
Ghana would get on South Africa on Match 25 before hosting São Tomé and Principe four days later on.
The Black Stars sit at the best of Team C with nine points and are in search of a ticket to the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, which was postponed to 2022 because of to the world pandemic, Coronavirus.
