“At about 3:30 am, I received a phone from just one Jennifer, who was at the deceased dwelling, and she knowledgeable me that armed robbers experienced attacked JB Danqauh Adu. When I requested of the whereabouts of the MP, Jennifer commenced crying.”

The witness stated he then left to the MP’s property and “on reaching there, I noticed a whole lot of men and women in the household and when I enquired from the deceased’s brother, he instructed me anyone experienced killed him (the MP).”

In the early hrs of February 9, the Law enforcement picked him up with each other with Apraku, a single Jennifer and Mariam and their statements ended up taken.

Answering issues less than cross-assessment administered by Mr Yaw Danquah, Sarkodie claimed he served the late legislature for four many years, incorporating that he started out doing work with the deceased in September 2012.

The witness admitted that just after the incident, he gave a number of statements to the police.

When requested if he knew the deceased’s household very very well, witness indicated that he had not been in any of the rooms.

He stated he usually sat in front of the garage and waited for the late MP, who normally came out of a room below the garage and he (deceased) threw his automobile keys to him.

The witness even more defined that he under no circumstances entered the hall of the deceased, including that he went there to drive and his target was on his occupation and not his master’s family members challenges.

The court, presided above by Mrs Justice Lydia Osei Marfo, adjourned the matter to April 27.

Two people are staying held around the murder of the former MP.

They are Daniel Aseidu, aka, alluring dondon and Vincent Bossu, aka, Junior Agogo. They are jointly currently being held around conspiracy to rob.

Asiedu is furthermore currently being held for the murder of the MP, which took area on February 9, 2016 at Shaishie, Accra.

They have denied the prices and the courtroom has remanded them into prison custody.
