The Volta River Authority (VRA) has stated its resolve to diversify its electricity generating investment decision portfolio to photo voltaic, wind and biomass to keep on being aggressive in the market.
The Authority reported innovation and digitisation would facilitate the integration of the variable resources and better monitor and sustain its technology assets for enhanced, stable and trusted power operations.
Mr Emmanuel Antwi-Darkwa, the Chief Govt of VRA, said this on Monday to mark the 60th Anniversary of the Authority, on the topic: “Celebrating 60 Many years in the Energy Enterprise: Our Legacy, Our Upcoming.”
He stated the VRA would spend in E-mobility, adding that the Authority could be suitable by producing employees with new talent sets to be nimble and tech-savvy.
“Our aim in the foreseeable future is to keep on to build a force of human funds that is healthy for the electronic age a educated get the job done power and staff for the up coming 60 a long time,” he stated.
