Actress Akuapem Poloo has uncovered that she refused to open a financial institution account for her son as instructed by Youngster Right’s Intercontinental manager due to the fact Mr Vivid Appiah wanted to be signatory to the account.
A number of days back again, Mr Appiah stated that he would have dropped the case against Akuapem Poloo if she experienced agreed to a condition to open an account for her son and deposited Ghc 200,000 in it.
In accordance to him, Akuapem Poloo failed to do that – in actuality she could not even raise Ghc 10,000.
Having said that, Poloo’s senior manager Major Vines has given a unique account.
According to him, the problem with the Child Appropriate boss’ request was thatt he wanted to be a signatory to the boy’s account.
Vines, talking on YFm, stated there was no way they would concur for Mr Appiah, a stranger, to have a say in how the money put apart for Poloo’s son would be put in.
“They questioned her to open up an account of 200,000gh for her son and preferred to have Dazzling Appiah as the signatory to the account which was impossible”. he explained.
“You do not tell me to open an account for my little one and inform me that you want to have your signatory on it. No, you really don’t have that right…” he continued.
“…The courts will even have to make your mind up if a person else have to have his or her signature on it and even with that, the court docket will imagine critically about it”.
Poloo been given a 90-working day jail sentence just after pleading guilty to 3 charges associated to her publishing a n*de photograph of herself with her son on the net.
She’s appealed the sentence and is presently out on bail in the sum of Ghc 80,000 with two sureties.
