Henry Ford’s evaluation of the essence of continuous learning as “Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young”—is that which resonates with the personal development path of Dr Adu Boateng, the CEO of the multiple award-winning End Point Homeopathic Clinic.
Over the weekend (Saturday, 18 December 2021), Dr Adu Boateng graduated with an MBA-Project Management Option from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) —following a successful completion of this programme aimed at equipping graduates with extensive knowledge in the area of business/project management to achieve specific goals.
As a successful businessman, Dr Adu Boateng told GhanaCelebrities.Com that, as a person with strong medical education and experience, he saw it prudent to coalesce the chops of business knowledge and skills he has obtained over the years from his personal and partnership business endeavours with a higher formal education at GIMPA.
He added that, “the success of End Point Homeopathic Clinic for instance is not just due to my medical education and experience. I have come to understand the business aspect of the provision of unparalleled healthcare service which is founded on integrity and patients-results as well as people management. It is such knowledge and skills that I always seek to expand with further studies.”
Asked about some of the challenges he had to overcome to obtain this additional academic qualification, Dr Adu Boateng mentioned that “though it was an exciting journey for me, the requirement to balance my numerous businesses and the pivotal roles I play in these businesses with the necessity to make ample time to study proved exceptionally difficulty at first, but I was also extremely determined and therefore succeeded.”
Dr Boateng has built End Point Homeopathic Clinic into a leading healthcare facility within the past 12 years, earning him the industry title “the father of Homeopathy in Ghana”.
Over the years, Dr Adu Boateng has been awarded for his vast charitable works, exceptional dedication and professionalism exhibited in the healthcare sector, and his contribution to the growth and economic advancement of this country.
In November 2021, he was named the Most Respected CEO in Ghana at the Ghana Industry CEO Awards.
