Africa World Airlines is celebrating 11-years of operations in Ghana with exciting customer giveaways.
The airline currently operates in four cities in Ghana namely Accra, Kumasi, Tamale and Takoradi, as well as Lagos and Abuja.
Customers, through a special promotion dubbed ‘Lucky Dip’, were rewarded with eleven free return-tickets for being loyal and committed to the Africa World Airline brand.
Head of Commercial at the airline, Jonathan Appiah, has announced plans to introduce new flights to Dakar, Banjul, Cotonou, Conakry and Port Harcourt.
He also revealed plans to resume operations to Abidjan, Freetown and Monrovia which were suspended sometime ago.
This and many others, he says, are part of a regional expansion programme which will also see the acquisition of new aircraft such as E-190 aircraft next year.
This, according to him, is in line with the company’s mission to connect Africa to the world through most efficient, safe and reliable air transport service.
Meanwhile, Mr. Appiah has urged members of the public to disregard messages going round on social media which suggests the airline is providing visa services to members.
According to him, Africa World Airlines’ primary form of communication is through the company’s official email.
Describing those messages as fraudulent, he urged the public to ignore such reports.
