President John Dramani Mahama has announced the commencement of the first phase of the Pwalugu Multipurpose Dam Project, a landmark infrastructure initiative valued at nearly one billion dollars. Speaking during a courtesy visit from the Upper East Regional House of Chiefs on Tuesday, February 10, President Mahama outlined the phased approach for the project.
